PersonaDepth ("we", "us") provides AI-generated personality reports in PDF format ("Reports"). By purchasing a Report, you agree to these terms.
2. Digital products & delivery
All Reports are digital goods delivered via email as a secure download link. Reports are generated after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes under 5 minutes. The download link is valid for 30 days — save your Report to your device promptly.
3. Refund policy
Because Reports are digital products generated specifically for you, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if your Report genuinely does not reflect the personality types you provided, reach out within 7 days of purchase at contact@personadepth.com and we will make it right.
4. Accuracy & disclaimer
Our Reports are based on personality frameworks (MBTI, Enneagram, Human Design, Big Five) and AI-generated content. They are for informational and self-development purposes only. They do not constitute psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. PersonaDepth is not a licensed mental health provider.
5. Intellectual property
Your Report is for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish your Report without our written permission.
