When you purchase a report or take our quiz, we collect your first name, email address, and the personality types you provide (e.g. MBTI type, Enneagram type). We also collect payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details.
2. How we use your data
We use your information to generate and deliver your purchased report, send you a download link via email, and — if you opted in — send you occasional personality insights and updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data retention
Your report PDF download link is valid for 30 days. We retain your account information for as long as necessary to provide our service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
4. Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Resend for email delivery. Each service has its own privacy policy governing the data they handle on our behalf.
